Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Overview

John Rish Ladica (“I”, “me”) runs a referral program that rewards people who refer paying clients. By registering for a referral link or sharing one, you agree to these terms. The program may be changed or ended at any time.

Who can participate

Anyone may register for a referral link — no purchase is required. You may not refer yourself, members of your own household, or create multiple accounts to inflate your referral count. Accounts found doing so will be disqualified without notice.

How a referral is counted

A referral is counted only when all of the following conditions are met:

• 1The referred person visits the site using your unique referral link.
• 2They submit a booking request and confirm the project scope in writing.
• 3They pay the agreed deposit.
• 4The referred person is a new client — someone who has not previously engaged or paid John Rish Ladica for any service.

Referrals that do not result in a confirmed, deposit-paid booking do not count toward any reward tier, regardless of how many contacts you send.

Rewards

Rewards are provided at my sole discretion once the qualifying threshold is reached and verified. Current tiers:

Rewards do not stack cumulatively across tiers. Reaching 3 referrals qualifies you for the 3-referral reward; the 1-referral reward is considered fulfilled at that point. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or applied as credit toward a paid project.

Reward for referred clients

Clients who arrive via a referral link and confirm a project may receive a benefit at my discretion — for example, a discount or a small free add-on. Any such benefit will be communicated directly during the booking conversation and is not guaranteed.

Claiming your reward

Once a reward threshold is reached, I will contact you via the WhatsApp number you provided at registration. You must respond within 30 days to claim the reward. Unclaimed rewards after 30 days may be forfeited. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details.

Your data

When you register, I collect your name, email address, and WhatsApp number. This information is used solely to administer the referral program and deliver your reward. It is not sold or shared with third parties. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

Program changes and termination

I reserve the right to modify reward tiers, eligibility rules, or end the program at any time. If the program ends, referrals already counted toward a threshold will still be honored. Referrals that have not yet converted to confirmed bookings at the time of termination will not be counted.

Disqualification

I reserve the right to disqualify any referrer found to be abusing the program, including but not limited to: self-referrals, fake bookings, spamming, or any form of misrepresentation. Disqualified accounts forfeit all pending and unclaimed rewards.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
